How to cook Pizza cake
Step 1
Mix warm water with yeast. Add sugar, mix well and leave for 5 minutes. Sift flour, add salt and honey and knead the dough. Knead the dough by hand for 2-3 minutes, adding flour if necessary.
Step 2
Place the dough in a container greased with a thin layer of oil, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 60 minutes. Set aside a quarter of the finished dough to form the edges of the cake.
Step 3
Divide the remaining dough into 5 equal parts and roll each into a thin layer. Cut out a round piece from each layer, based on the diameter of the mold you are using. Bake each base in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 3-5 minutes.
Step 4
Roll out the remaining dough into a rectangular layer, cut into two parts and line the sides with dough. Trim off excess dough with an allowance for shaping the edges.
Step 5
Place the first layer of cake on the bottom of the pan and spread a tablespoon of sauce on it. Spread some pepperoni on top and sprinkle a little cheese on top. Alternate layers until the pan is full. Fold the edges of the dough. Bake at 200°C for 25-40 minutes.
