Pilaf with beans
Very tasty and satisfying pilaf, it combines beans with rice and spices very well. Sometimes it's good to step away from traditional recipes and try something new. I recommend!
How to cook Pilaf with beans
Step 1
Soak the beans overnight, change the water, boil the beans until tender, drain the water.
Step 2
Rinse the rice thoroughly and boil until half cooked, according to the instructions on the package.
Step 3
Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into thin long pieces. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion and carrots in it.
Step 4
Add spices, garlic, beans, soy meat, rice, salt and mix. Pour in a little water, stir occasionally and, if necessary, add water a few more times (soy meat and rice will take a lot of water).
Step 5
Cook until all ingredients are soft (about 15 minutes).
Step 6
Sprinkle with herbs when serving. Enjoy your meal!
