How to cook Norman chicken
Step 1

Wash the chicken, pat dry and cut into portions. Grate with salt and pepper. Heat 30 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the pieces on all sides until golden brown.

Transfer to a deep microwave-safe dish, pour in 100 ml of water, cover and microwave for 20 minutes. at 100% power.

Wash mushrooms, dry and cut into slices. Heat up the remaining oil. Fry the mushrooms over high heat, 8 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4

Take the chicken out of the oven. Drain the juice that stands out during frying into a bowl. Add sour cream and yolk. To stir thoroughly.
Step 5

Add the fried mushrooms to the bowl with the chicken. Pour in prepared sauce.
Step 6
Return dish to microwave. Cook for 10 more minutes. at 100% power. Serve with fresh salad greens and pickled vegetables.
