Pasta with beef and mushrooms is a delicious and filling dinner. You can use champignons, wild mushrooms, frozen or fresh.

How to cook Pasta with beef and mushrooms

Step 1

Fry the beef in olive oil on both sides until done, add salt and pepper to taste. Place the finished meat in a separate container.

Step 2

Place the onion and mushrooms in the same pan, fry for 5-7 minutes, pour in the dry white wine.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the broth with wheat flour and pour into the frying. Cook for 5 minutes and add natural yoghurt. Put the meat in the creamy mushroom sauce and turn off the stove.
