How to cook Olla podrida
Step 1
Meat and bacon pour 2 liters of cold water and put on fire.

Step 4
In 10 minutes. take out the bay leaf, onion and add chopped tomatoes without skin and seeds. Cook everything together until tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Then take out the meat, separate from the bones. Cut the sausage into slices, add to the vegetables and let it boil again. Serve sprinkled with herbs or grated cheese.
