Step 1
Beat mascarpone with cream until smooth, so that the consistency becomes like thick sour cream. Beat the yolks and powdered sugar until white and stir in the mascarpone, adding the vanilla syrup.
Step 2
Soak cookies in coffee. Put the cream in a jar, then the cookies and blueberry jam. Repeat layer by layer. Decorate the dessert with lemon balm, coffee beans and sprinkle with cocoa.

cocoa powder - 5 g
mascarpone - 250 g
cream 34% - 500 g
powdered sugar - 120 g
vanilla syrup - 5 g
egg yolk - 3 pcs
coffee beans - for decoration
