New potato salad with sardines

Step 1

Cut the potatoes into 3 parts, put in a saucepan, cover with water, salt, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook until soft.

Step 2

Cut the beans into small pieces, no more than 3-4 cm and add to the potatoes for 3 minutes. until it's ready. Drain water from vegetables and let cool slightly.

Step 3

Put the sardines, together with the oil from the jar, into a bowl, add salt, pepper and lemon juice, crush the sardines with a fork.

Step 4

Coarsely chop the olives. Combine potatoes with beans and sardines, add olives and mix well. If needed, drizzle some more oil and lemon juice over the salad. Let it brew for 15 minutes. and serve.

500 g new potatoes
200 g green beans, can be frozen
120g canned sardines in oil (olive is best)
handful of pitted olives
juice of half a lemon
olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
