How to cook Melon jam
Step 1
Cut the melon into medium pieces.
Step 2

Add sugar and lemon juice. Reduce jam to desired consistency. At the very end, add vanilla seeds. Divide the finished jam into two jars. Seal, turn upside down until completely cool.
