Melon jam

Who doesn't love melon? Only the one who loves watermelon more than her! And we love both that, and another and it is possible without bread. Although ... A piece of baguette will not hurt at all when a wonderful fragrant jam is made from a melon.
How to cook Melon jam
Step 1
Cut the melon into medium pieces.
Step 2
Make syrup with brown sugar and water. Blanch the melon in this syrup for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add sugar and lemon juice. Reduce jam to desired consistency. At the very end, add vanilla seeds. Divide the finished jam into two jars. Seal, turn upside down until completely cool.
