Ice cream with a rich taste of matcha tea

Its beauty lies in the fact that it takes about twenty minutes, including the time of preparation in the ice cream maker.

Cooking

Step 1

Pour the cream into a mixer and start whipping, gradually adding tea powder. Beat until firm peaks.

Step 2

While continuing to beat, add the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Place the contents of the bowl in an ice cream maker and cook according to the instructions. Usually 10-15 minutes is enough. to get a cold but soft ice cream, a very pleasant texture for this taste.

Ingredients

200 ml heavy cream (at least 33%)
70 ml condensed milk
10 g matcha tea (adjust to your taste, you can add a little more or less)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
