Step 1

Mix sour cream, yogurt, salt and sugar.

Step 2

Cover the colander with gauze in 5-6 layers and place on top of the pan.

Step 3

Pour the sour cream into a colander. Tie gauze on top. Put oppression and put in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 days. Periodically drain the whey from the pan.
