How to cook Homemade Chocolate Truffles

Step 1

Melt the chocolate.

Step 2

Heat the cream slightly (to body temperature).

Step 3

Pour cream into chocolate, add invert syrup and butter. We mix everything.

Step 4

We close the film in contact (the film touches the mass) and leave it for 12 hours at room temperature (in no case do we put it in the refrigerator, otherwise the mass will harden very much. The truffle mass should ripen at room temperature!).

Step 5

We plant sweets and leave for 3-4 hours, also at room temperature. Roll in cocoa. The cookies are very soft and delicious. Great gift for chocolate lovers.
