Black bread croutons with garlic are a great appetizer that can be prepared in minutes. The croutons according to this recipe are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They can be served with soups or as a separate appetizer. The croutons will go well with cold drinks and sour cream sauce.
How to cook Homemade Black Bread Croutons with Garlic
Step 1

Cut the crusts off the bread and cut the crumb into 2 cm thick bars.
Step 2

Peel the garlic and grate it on a fine grater. Mix the garlic with half of the vegetable oil and a pinch of salt.
Step 3

Pour the remaining oil into the frying pan and heat it. Fry the bread in boiling oil on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4

Place the finished croutons on paper towels to absorb excess oil, then rub with the garlic mixture.
Step 5

Sprinkle the croutons with chopped herbs and serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
