Grilled ham with coleslaw
Coleslaw, colorful and bright like spring, often accompanies fried chicken or grilled meat. It is used as one of the components of sandwiches with barbecued meat, hamburgers and hot dogs with chili and mustard. In our version of the recipe, this salad will be accompanied by a juicy grilled chicken leg.
How to cook Grilled ham with coleslaw
Step 1

Finely chop the cabbage.
Step 2

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Cut the red onion into half rings and set aside.
Step 3

Separate the bell pepper from the stalk and remove the seeds. Then cut into thin strips.
Step 4

Mix all salad ingredients together.
Step 5

Salt and pepper the salad. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly.
Step 6

Now prepare the ham. Brush the meat with sweet chilli sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Place the ham on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 7

Bake the ham for 25-30 minutes at 180 ⁰С.
Step 8

Serve the dish: place the ham and coleslaw on a plate. Mix sour cream or mayonnaise with salt and pepper. Add a couple of cabbage straws for color. The dish is ready to serve!
