Green salad with herbs

Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Remove basil leaves from twigs. Tear large leaves with your hands, leave small ones as they are. Do the same with the mint sprigs. Slice large parsley stalks as thinly as possible.

Step 2

For dressing, combine grapefruit juice with Dijon mustard, runny honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 3

Toss prepared greens with lettuce mix, drizzle with dressing, toss and serve immediately.

250 g mixed lettuce
2 sprigs of green basil
2 sprigs purple basil
3 sprigs of mint
1 small bunch of parsley
juice of 1 sweet and sour grapefruit
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp liquid honey
5th century l. olive oil
salt
ground black pepper
