How to cook Fried boiled eggs with spices
Step 1

Place the eggs in a bowl and cover with cold water. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Drain the water, cool the eggs under running water and peel.
Step 2

Peel and crush the garlic cloves with the large side of a knife. Chop. Heat the ghee in a frying pan, put the garlic and all the spices. Fry over medium heat for 10 seconds.
Step 3

Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Put in a frying pan with fragrant oil, yolk down and fry for 2.5 minutes. Then flip over with a spatula. Fry for another 1.5-2 minutes.
Step 4

Remove fried boiled eggs with spices from heat and salt to taste. They can be served on the table, for example, with boiled rice, supplemented with fresh vegetables to taste.
