Fried sausages with onions
A simple and quick recipe that will help out if there is no time to cook meat, but you need to eat a hearty meal. You can use either store-bought sausages, the main thing is high-quality ones, or homemade ones. The dish can be served either as a separate dish or with your favorite side dish. Any side dish will do: buckwheat, pasta, rice, bulgur, etc.
How to cook Fried sausages with onions
Step 1
Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Cut the sausages into circles.
Step 3
Remove seeds from the pepper and cut into thin strips.
Step 4
Place the onion in a frying pan heated with a little vegetable oil and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the pepper and continue frying, stirring occasionally, for another 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Add sliced sausages to the vegetables, salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices if necessary, and mix everything well.
Step 6
Fry the dish until the vegetables are ready for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. When ready, remove from heat and serve.
