Fried eggplant with coconut milk

Step 1

Cut the eggplant into large strips. Fry the eggplant in a large amount of olive oil in a pan.

Step 2

Add garlic and chili to skillet. After the vegetables are fried, add coconut milk.

Step 3

Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.

eggplant - 200 g
garlic - 1 clove
chili pepper - 2 pods
cilantro - 1 bunch
sesame - for decoration
olive oil - 20 ml
coconut milk - 150 ml
salt - to taste
pepper - to taste
