Step 1
Mix all the ingredients of the dough. Cover with cling film and leave to rise for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2
For the dough, mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt, add butter and add flour. Add the risen brew, mix well. Leave to approach for 40-50 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the molds for Easter cakes and lay out the dough. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 170˚C. Put the cakes in the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes.
