Curd with dill

How to cook Curd with dill
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients. Peel and crush the garlic with the flat side of a large knife. Rinse the dill thoroughly with running cool water and dry well with a paper towel.
Step 2
Coarsely chop the dill and place with the garlic in the bowl of an immersion blender. Add some salt. Grind until a mass of a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
Step 3
Add sour cream and cottage cheese, as well as olive oil, to a blender bowl with garlic and dill. Punch again until a smooth mass is obtained. Pepper and stir. If the mass is too thick, add a little more olive oil.
