Description

Cottage cheese with dill is an excellent, very budgetary replacement for all sorts of “spreads” on sandwiches and soft cheeses of industrial production. Moreover, if you make this mass at home, you can be sure of the quality of all the components, as well as the absence of harmful additives. Yes, and preparing cottage cheese with dill is so quick and easy that you can do it at least every day, pampering yourself and your loved ones with the freshest product! Just 10-15 minutes - and a wonderful pasta will appear on your table, which you can spread on slices of toasted bread or eat with pleasure, scooping up with crackers.

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare all ingredients. Peel and crush the garlic with the flat side of a large knife. Rinse the dill thoroughly with running cool water and dry well with a paper towel.

Step 2

Coarsely chop the dill and place with the garlic in the bowl of an immersion blender. Add some salt. Grind until a mass of a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Step 3

Add sour cream and cottage cheese, as well as olive oil, to a blender bowl with garlic and dill. Punch again until a smooth mass is obtained. Pepper and stir. If the mass is too thick, add a little more olive oil.

sour cream with a fat content of at least 20% - 4 tbsp. l.
