Step 1

1. Finely grate Gouda cheese, mix thoroughly with cream cheese. Form cheese mixture into 16 small balls. 2. Peel the garlic, cut into 4 parts. Soak raisins. Cut the walnut into 4 pieces. Stuff 4 balls with garlic, the next 4 balls with pine nuts, 4 balls with walnuts and 4 balls with raisins. 3. Pour the spices into 4 separate saucers. Roll balls with garlic in paprika, with walnuts in curry, with pine nuts in black pepper and with raisins in parsley. Put on a dish. Serve with dry white wine.

1 st. l. curry powder
garlic - 1 clove
150 g gouda cheese
1 Art. l. dried parsley
4 pine nuts
4 raisins
