Chahokhbili
In winter, I especially want something hearty and warming. Today I will tell you about my favorite chicken recipe. Delicious, simple and affordable! So, my version of chakhokhbili.
How to cook Chahokhbili
Step 1
Cut the onion into half rings and simmer until soft and translucent.
Step 2
Chicken fillet cut into cubes. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes (I recommend using Italian ones in cans already peeled and chopped. They are fragrant, tasty and very convenient). Add adjika. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until meat is done. Salt, pepper.
Step 4
Turn off the heat and add finely chopped garlic, a bunch of cilantro and basil. Stir, close the lid and let it brew. This is a fairly quick, but very tasty option for cooking chicken fillet. Enjoy your meal!
