Break the chocolate into small pieces, put in a refractory glass or ceramic dish. Pour water into a large large frying pan, put on fire and bring to a boil. Place a bowl of chocolate in it. Remove stems, leaves and twigs. Take the form out of the refrigerator. Lay the berries on top in random order. Boil 250 ml of water in a saucepan, add dry jelly, immediately remove from heat and stir well. Using a tablespoon, pour the berries on the jelly cake and refrigerate for 1 hour. Tip You can use wheat, rice or corn puffed flakes for this cake. Instead of sunflower seeds, you can take pumpkin seeds.
