How to cook Cake "Beehive"
Step 1
Pour eggs into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, crushed orange zest and lemon juice. Place the saucepan in a water bath. Beat the mixture with a whisk for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and continue beating until smooth.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180ºС. Stir in the flour mixture, then the cream. Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish, put in the oven. Raise the temperature to 200ºС and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Cream, sugar, butter and honey mix, then boil until the consistency of syrup. Add almond flakes. Apply the cream on the finished cake, return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes. until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool.
Step 4
Prepare vanilla cream. Dissolve gelatin in 1 tbsp. l. boiled water, let it swell. Boil cream with sugar and vanilla essence. Whisk the yolks and add to the cream. Put in a water bath and beat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and, continuing to beat, add gelatin.
Step 5
Whip the 33% cream until fluffy and add to the cream.
Step 6
Cut the crust in half. Lubricate the bottom layer thickly with vanilla cream, put it to cool for 1 hour. Then cover it with the top layer and put it in the refrigerator again for 1-2 hours.
