Buckwheat porridge with spicy lean milk

If you like buckwheat porridge boiled in cow's milk and served with butter and sugar, be sure to cook this dish. Depending on the choice of vegetable milk, it will always have different flavors. How to cook Buckwheat porridge with spicy lean milk
Step 1
Pour buckwheat groats with 4-5 cups of boiling water, salt, cover and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.
Step 2
At the same time, pour soy or nut milk into another saucepan. Add chopped cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil over low heat, add honey, turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid and insist until the buckwheat is cooked.
Step 3
Arrange buckwheat on deep plates, pour spiced milk through a strainer. Add honey or sugar as an extra.
