How to cook Buckwheat meat pie

Step 1

Remove the yeast dough from the refrigerator in advance and defrost.

Step 2

Boil buckwheat in salted water until tender. Peel the onion and chop finely. Fry the chopped onion in vegetable oil until light golden brown.

Step 3

Add minced turkey to the fried onion, salt, pepper and bring to full readiness. Add boiled buckwheat to the pan to the fried onions and minced meat. Mix stuffing. Cool down.

Step 4

Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer and put the filling on it. Roll the dough into a roll, connect the seams. Put the dough in the form of a snail on a greased form. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Step 5

Lubricate the cake with milk, sprinkle with cumin seeds. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with milk or kefir.
