How to cook Breakfast sandwich with homemade "meatloaf" with olives
Step 1
Roll the pork 2 times in a meat grinder on a fine mesh. Then add salt, spices, herbs and mix with a spatula

Add milk and cream. Better to add gradually. If there is not enough milk or cream, you can add a little boiled cold water

Blend the mass with an immersion blender until fluffy.
Step 4
Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy. Add to minced meat and mix gently with a spatula. The consistency of the mass should look like a puree and be slightly watery.
Step 5
Remove the olives from the jar, cut into pieces and put in minced meat.
Step 6

Grease a small baking dish with oil and put the mass into it. Level the top, smooth out irregularities with a spatula
Step 7

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. A little later, remove the foil and cook until golden brown. Output of the finished product: 4 meat loaves of 700 grams each.
