How to cook Bread with rice, oatmeal and cornmeal

Step 1

Boil rice in salted water for 20 minutes. Prepare the dough in a bread maker, but form with your hands and cook in the oven.

Step 2

Put the ingredients in the bowl of the bread machine in the following order: water, vegetable oil, wheat flour, rye flour, corn flour, oatmeal, milk powder, honey, salt and yeast. Cook in the "Dough" mode, add boiled rice after the beep.

Step 3

After the dough is ready, form a circle from the dough and put it on a greased round form. Let rise in a warm place (about 30 minutes). After the dough has risen, if desired, make cuts on the surface of the dough, bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Step 4

Spread hot bread with vegetable oil.
