Zucchini mousse with ham

Ingredients

Servings 4 servings
  • 2 large slices fried ham
  • 500 g young zucchini
  • egg - 1 pc
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped green parsley
  • 20 g butter
  • white wine vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. l.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Rinse the zucchini, cut into circles and steam for 10 minutes. Grind in a blender to a puree. Add beaten egg, salt and pepper. Grease 4 mousse molds with oil and put the zucchini puree in them. Put in a water bath and bake for 30 minutes. in the oven at 150ºС. From the ham cut out 4 circles with a diameter slightly larger than the molds. Chop the rest of the ham. Peel and chop the garlic, mix with chopped ham and parsley. Mix olive oil in a cup with vinegar, add a mixture of ham, garlic and parsley. Put the mugs of ham on serving plates, place the zucchini mousse taken out of the molds on each mug. Drizzle with ham sauce and serve.
