Pumpkin spicy soup

Ingredients

  • pumpkin - 500 g
  • potatoes - 500 g
  • medium onion - 1 pc.
  • medium carrot - 1 pc.
  • salt, freshly ground pepper

Cooking

Step 1

Cut the vegetables into large cubes and boil in 2 liters of salted water for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Then remove the vegetables with a slotted spoon and chop them in a blender.

Step 3

Return the resulting puree to the broth, let it boil. Add pepper. Serve with white bread croutons.
