Pork with blackcurrant sauce
This sauce gives the meat an extraordinary taste.
Ingredients
Servings 5- pork - 500 g
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste
- black currant - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
- water - 60 ml
- allspice - 5-6 peas
- paprika - 1/4 tsp. l.
- ground coriander - 1/4 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
Grate a piece of pork with salt and spices. Wrap in foil, put in a preheated oven for 1-1.5 hours.
Step 2
Sauce: pour blackcurrants with water, add allspice. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Then rub through a sieve.
Step 4
Add sugar, paprika, coriander to the resulting puree. Boil for another 5-10 minutes. Cool down.
