Chicken liver in apple sauce

How to cook Chicken liver in apple sauce

Step 1

We wash the liver, remove everything unnecessary. Onion cut into half rings.

Step 2

We make the sauce - three apples on a fine grater, add tomato paste, flour to it, dilute with water. Salt, pepper - to taste.

Step 3

We heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan (in a slow cooker on the “Baking” mode with the lid open), fry the onion in it until transparent, add the liver, and, stirring, fry for 2–5 minutes. We make sure that the whole liver is evenly fried so that red juice does not stand out and there are no raw areas on the liver.

Step 4

Add the sauce to the liver, simmer for 3-4 minutes (in the multicooker, the "Extinguishing" mode). If needed, salt and pepper to taste.
