This sauce gives the meat an extraordinary taste.

Grate a piece of pork with salt and spices. Wrap in foil, put in a preheated oven for 1-1.5 hours.

Sauce: pour blackcurrants with water, add allspice. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

Then rub through a sieve.

Add sugar, paprika, coriander to the resulting puree. Boil for another 5-10 minutes. Cool down.
