Pizza Barbecue

All meat eaters will love this pizza. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients

Servings 4-5
  • pizza dough - 150 g
  • tomato sauce - 90 g
  • mozzarella cheese for pizza - 80 g
  • beef - 100 g
  • tomatoes - 60 g
  • eggplant - 60 g
  • champignons - 50 g
  • sweet onion - 20 g
  • pickled cucumber - 1 pc.
  • barbecue sauce - 60 g
  • parsley - for garnish

Cooking

Step 1

Roll out the pizza dough into a very thin circle, generously grease the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle evenly with grated cheese.

Step 2

Eggplant, champignons and tomatoes cut into circles and fry the beef on the grill. Meat and vegetables cut into small cubes. Put the ingredients on the pizza, pour over the barbecue sauce.

Step 3

Bake pizza in the oven at 225 degrees for 15 minutes. Cut the finished pizza into portions. Put sliced pickles and sweet onions on each piece, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
