Pasta with green peas and ham
Ingredients
Servings 4 servings- onion - 1 onion
- 400 g farfalle pasta (in the form of bows)
- 200 g ham
- 400 g frozen green peas
- 250 g sour cream
- butter - 50 g
Cooking
Step 1
Peel the onion, chop. Melt the butter in a saucepan, put the onion, fry it until golden brown. Add green peas. Cook 10 min.
Step 2
Cut the ham into small cubes, add to the peas. Cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes. Pour sour cream into the sauce and boil for 10 minutes until it thickens.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water almost until tender, drain in a colander, transfer to the sauce. Add Seasoning to spaghetti, mix everything, heat for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
