Paella with seafood and chicken

Ingredients

  • boiled rice - 300 g
  • chicken fillet - 60 g
  • starch - 5 g
  • red pepper - 30 g
  • yellow pepper - 30 g
  • red onion - 30 g
  • green peas - 30 g
  • vegetable oil - 30 g
  • garlic - 15 g
  • curry - 2 g
  • cilantro - 5 g
  • chili pepper - 5 g
  • peppercorns - 0.5 g
  • mussels in shells - 60 g
  • shrimp - 60 g
  • chopped parsley - 2 g
  • lime - 30 g
  • salt - 6 g

Cooking

Step 1

In a preheated pan, fry the whole garlic cloves, then fry the yellow and red peppers, diced and red onion in the same oil.

Step 2

Add pieces of chicken fillet, breaded in starch, fry until tender.

Step 3

Add green peas, boiled rice, shelled mussels and peeled shrimp, salt, pepper, curry spices, chopped parsley and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges before serving.
