In a preheated pan, fry the whole garlic cloves, then fry the yellow and red peppers, diced and red onion in the same oil.
Add pieces of chicken fillet, breaded in starch, fry until tender.
Add green peas, boiled rice, shelled mussels and peeled shrimp, salt, pepper, curry spices, chopped parsley and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges before serving.
