Marinated pork tongue with bell pepper and cilantro

  • pork tongue - 80 g
  • greens - 5 g
  • bell pepper - 50 g
  • vegetable oil - 25 ml
  • sesame oil (China) - 5 ml
  • homemade tofu cheese - 30 g
  • anise - 3 g
  • meat broth - 50 ml
  • Chinese vodka - 15 ml
  • fish gelatin powder - 40 g
  • fresh grated ginger - 10 g
  • honey - 5 g
  • garlic - 3 g
  • soy sauce - 10 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boil pork tongue in broth. Marinate 10 min.

Step 2

For marinade: mix meat broth, anise, ginger, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, red pepper, sugar salt).

Step 3

Deep fry the tofu, then stew in the broth after the tongue, adding sesame oil there.

Step 4

Cut the bell pepper into slices, add cilantro and decorate the tongue when serving.
