Homemade cheese sauce
Cheese sauce is probably one of the most popular. And they eat everything with it - from corn chips to fresh vegetables. Store shelves are crammed with cheese sauces from different manufacturers, but why buy a store-bought one when you can make your own, homemade. It will also be useful, as it is prepared on the basis of natural yogurt. And you can pick up any cheese for it, the main thing is that it has a bright taste.
Ingredients
- 50 g butter
- 100 g gorgonzola cheese or any other blue cheese
- 200-220 g thick natural yoghurt
- ground nutmeg on the tip of a knife
Cooking
Step 1
Soften butter at room temperature.
Step 2
Rub the gorgonzola cheese through a fine sieve.
Step 3
Mix well or beat butter, gorgonzola and yogurt with a mixer. Season with nutmeg. Serve with vegetables, toasted bread and crackers.
