It will also be useful, as it is prepared on the basis of natural yogurt. And you can pick up any cheese for it, the main thing is that it has a bright taste.
How to cook Homemade cheese sauce
Step 1
Soften butter at room temperature.
Step 2
Rub the gorgonzola cheese through a fine sieve.
Step 3
Mix well or beat butter, gorgonzola and yogurt with a mixer. Season with nutmeg. Serve with vegetables, toasted bread and crackers.
