Grilled vegetables with turkey
Delicate grilled turkey medallions marinated in soy sauce paired with grilled vegetables with fragrant garlic-citrus marinade! This picnic dish is simply unbelievably tasty, juicy, beautiful - I highly recommend trying it!
Ingredients
- turkey (medallions-cuts with bone) 600 g
- soy sauce Light 3 tbsp. l.
- chili pepper (ground) 0.5 tsp
- sweet paprika (ground) 0.5 tsp
- zucchini 1 pc.
- eggplant 1 pc.
- Bulgarian pepper 1 pc.
- lemon (to taste)
- mandarin 1 pcs.
- garlic (2 cloves)
- allspice (ground) 1/3 tsp.
- grape seed oil 1 tbsp. l.
- greens 1 bunch
- salt (to taste)
Cooking
Step 1
Salt the meat, pepper on both sides. Pour in soy sauce, leave to marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini and eggplant into rings 1-1.5 cm. Pepper - into slices, add 3 slices of lemon and slices of half a tangerine to the vegetables. Squeeze juice from the remaining tangerine to vegetables, add oil, finely chopped garlic, pepper, salt; Mix everything and leave to marinate for 1 hour (sometimes shaking the container).
Step 3
Grill vegetables for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Roast the turkey on the grill, turning over for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Supplement vegetables with your favorite herbs and sprinkle with meat - marinade, which remains from their pickling.
