Grilled crucian delicious
Fried stuffed crucian carp cooked with smoke in the fresh air will not leave you indifferent! Simple and quick preparation, indescribable aroma and taste!
Ingredients
Servings 3- crucian carp (fresh) 3 pcs.
- soy sauce Teriyaki 3 tbsp.
- onion 1 pc.
- lemon - 3 slices
- Bulgarian pepper 0.5 pcs.
- lovage (fresh) - 1 handful;
- bay leaf 3 pcs.
- allspice
- olive oil
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Peel carp, take out the insides and gills;
Step 2
Cut carp on both sides every 1-1.5 cm; Pour Teriyaki crucian carp, rub lightly and leave for 15 minutes;

Prepare the filling;

Take a sheet of foil, grease with oil, put on crucian oil, put inside a slice of lemon, 2-3 onion rings, a little bell pepper, laurel, a couple of lovage leaves. Lubricate with oil, salt, sprinkle with allspice through a grinder. It is good to pack the carp in foil. Pack other carp in the same way;
Step 5
Roast on the grill over hot coals (can be placed directly on the coals) for 5-7 minutes. Then take a toothpick, pierce the foil of each fish in several places (to saturate with smoke and fry) and fry for about 3-4 more minutes;
Step 6
Carefully unpack crucians and you can serve directly in foil boats, I put them on a plate;
