Grilled carp

Barbecue can be not only from meat, but also from such a simple fish as crucian carp.

Ingredients

Servings 3
  • crucian carp - 3 pcs.
  • soy sauce - 50 ml
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml
  • lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

Wash, clean and gut the fish.

Step 2

For the marinade, combine soy sauce with oil, lemon juice and pepper.

Step 3

Pour the marinade over the fish and leave to marinate for 30 minutes or more.

Step 4

Fry the fish on a grill pan or on a barbecue grill for 3-5 minutes. from two sides.

Step 5

Serve with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
