How to cook Count's ruins

Step 1

For the dough, mix eggs, sugar, cocoa powder and a teaspoon of soda with a mixer (quench with vinegar).

Add flour, sour cream and half a can of condensed milk. The dough will be liquid.

Pour the dough into a mold, the dough will rise by 2-3 cm. Bake at 180 degrees - 20 minutes.

Cream: egg - 1 pc., flour - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide, sugar - 3 tbsp. l., condensed milk - 0.5 cans, milk - 1 tbsp., butter - 200 g.

Step 5

For the cream, mix the egg, a tablespoon of flour, sugar and a glass of milk properly. We put on fire, stirring constantly, bring to a boil, cook over low heat until thickened, cool. Whisk the butter with a mixer. Add cream. Then pour in the remaining condensed milk (half a jar), beat slowly, and then another two or three minutes at maximum speed to make a light, airy cream.

Step 6

Preparing the cake: cut the cake into 3 parts, chop one into squares. We put the cake on a plate, soak with cream. The next cake, also pour cream, then slices of chopped cake, cream again. Drizzle frosting over cake. Enjoy your meal!
