Prepare vegetables. Peel the zucchini, cut into small cubes. Finely chop garlic, onion. Cut the tomatoes, pour boiling water, peel and chop into small cubes. Pour tomatoes with tomato juice. Leave to marinate for a few minutes.

If you want a thicker consistency, then simmer for another 10 minutes with the lid open.
