Turkish eggs

How to cook Turkish eggs
Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºС. Peel the garlic, chop and mix with yogurt. Salt, pepper to taste. Pour into 4 small bowls and bake for 10 minutes. 2. Pour water into a deep frying pan with a layer of 5 cm, boil. Remove from heat, pour eggs into water, holding them near the surface of the water. Cover the pan and leave for 3 minutes. Transfer the eggs to a platter with a slotted spoon and let dry. 3. Mix vegetable oil with paprika and salt. Add the basil to the yogurt bowls, then gently stir in the eggs. Top with paprika oil.
