How to cook Truffles

Step 1

Add powdered sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar to the cream and bring to a boil, remove from heat, add chopped dark chocolate, wait a few minutes and stir well.

Step 2

Add cocoa and cognac. Mix everything well and put under the film in the refrigerator until it hardens. Then we take the chocolate paste the size of a walnut, roll it into a ball and roll it in cocoa. Balls do not have to be perfectly even, let it be clear that they are made by hand for your loved ones!!! We remove our truffles in the refrigerator and let them cool a little more. Store them in the refrigerator in a closed container.
