How to cook Tomato juice with celery

Step 1

Before proceeding with the process itself, prepare jars and lids for juice. Banks must be thoroughly washed, poured over with boiling water, and then turned upside down on a dry, clean towel. Covers should be boiled in water for several minutes.

Step 2

Extract juice from tomatoes with a juicer. There is another way to prepare tomato juice: tomatoes can be passed through a meat grinder, and then rub the resulting puree through a sieve. Put the juice on the fire and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Wash celery, cut into small pieces. Place in a saucepan, add tomato juice and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Pass through a sieve and boil again. Pour into banks.
