Tea latte

A favorite Indian drink that is served almost every day in this part of Asia. In many Western coffee shops (and we only have Starbucks so far), chai latte is always on the menu. We really like this tea - it warms both the frozen body and the soul tired of the hustle and bustle.
How to cook Tea latte
Step 1
Crush cardamom pods and allspice pods. Break the cinnamon sticks. Break the ginger root with a hammer or the handle of a heavy knife.
Step 2
Pour the milk into a saucepan, put all the spices, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat, cook for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Add tea leaves, cook 2 more minutes. Remove from heat, let stand covered for 3-4 minutes. Strain into cups. Sweeten more if desired.
