Sweet sausage
If you had to compile a top list of favorite sweets from childhood, then sweet sausage would definitely take pride of place. And there is no magic here: this dessert combines the most favorite sweets - viscous condensed milk, crumbly shortbread cookies and aromatic cocoa. Sausage is prepared quickly, and eaten, however, even faster :)
How to cook Sweet sausage
Step 1

Mix butter, cocoa and condensed milk. Place in a water bath, melt and stir until smooth.
Step 2

Cool the mixture slightly and mix with chopped hazelnuts and cookies. Place in cling film and form a sausage.
Step 3

Refrigerate for 90 minutes. Slice and serve.
