How to cook Strawberry granita with champagne
Step 1
1. Dilute a glass of sugar in an incomplete glass of water, put on a slow fire and heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from fire and cool. 2. Grind strawberries into puree, add to the cooled sugar syrup. Pour in orange juice and champagne, mix and put in the freezer for 6 hours. 3. Mix the remaining sugar with lemon zest; Dip each raspberry into the mixture. Pour frozen strawberry puree into glasses, garnish with raspberries. Serve immediately.
